Terms of Use for Manymore

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Manymore.com AS ("Manymore," "we," "us"). The services include our website, applications, and related solutions for background checks, onboarding, and workforce management (collectively referred to as the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Service.

How this document fits into our legal framework

This document is part of Manymore’s legal framework, together with the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Service Level Agreement (SLA). These documents collectively govern how the Service is used, how personal data is processed, and the applicable service obligations. For legal inquiries, contact legal@manymore.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

Manymore provides technological solutions that help businesses verify, onboard, and manage their workforce. This includes, among others:

  • Background checks
  • Identity verification
  • Electronic signature solutions
  • Whistleblowing services

The Service may be offered via our websites or through integrations with third-party solutions.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account
  • Secure your login credentials and not share them with others
  • Notify us immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access
  • Comply with applicable laws and guidelines for the use of the Service

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or attempt hacking
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or our systems

Violations of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and related rights associated with the Service belong to Manymore or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, among other things, designs, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the functionality provided. It is prohibited to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content
  • Perform reverse engineering, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent

7. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • We are required to do so by law or governmental authority

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@manymore.com. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

8. Payment Terms

If you purchase paid services, the following applies:

  • You must pay the applicable prices stated at the time of purchase
  • You must provide accurate billing information
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
  • We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Manymore is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use of or inability to access the Service

Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Force Majeure

Manymore is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental orders, strikes, or extensive technical failures at third-party providers.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

We determine whether a change is material based on its significance for the Service’s functionality, customer rights, and obligations. Minor linguistic or administrative adjustments are not considered material and will therefore not be notified.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be settled by Oslo District Court.
