More than 6,000 trainers and volunteers get verified criminal record certificates via Manymore
In children's sports, it is important that everyone has a safe sporting routine. Therefore, all trainers, instructors and volunteers must be able to show a valid criminal record certificate before starting their engagement.
Obscure processes replaced with overview and control
In the past, these have been complicated processes where a criminal record certificate officer, who is often a volunteer parent, has been given the responsibility of checking the police certificates.
Equipped with, at best, an excel sheet or a tick-box system, this has been an uncluttered process that has all too often been left to chance.
Volunteering needs tools
Imagine a club with perhaps 100 volunteer coaches, team managers or instructors who are often replaced during a season or two who have to show their criminal record certificate. This is not easy to keep track of. You have to encourage them and explain what they have to do. This in itself is often not something you have time to do in your spare time.
In addition, the clubs often lack competence as the volunteers on the board and in the management are also often replaced, and thus the accumulated experience in the club disappears and you have to start all over again. New people come in and don't know where to start.
The system is intuitive and easy to use for the club, in addition to the coaches and volunteers finding it easy. It is good that the focus is on safe training through the e-learning module.

With Manymore, all clubs now get a simple and structured system that quickly provides an overview of all coaches and whether they have a valid certificate or not. The police officer only needs to send out an invitation to those who will deliver, the rest is done by the individual trainer with good instructions and reminders from the system.
Own e-learning course that raises awareness
In addition, all trainers must go through an e-learning program "Be aware!" which is about raising awareness of the problems surrounding child abuse and where they get an introduction to sports' ethical guidelines.
