This is the process:
Retrieve and check of criminal record certificates
Get a complete overview of all criminal records in the band. The handling happens automatically so you can concentrate on creating engaging musical experiences. Anyone that is required to be checked is followed up with automatic instructions and guidance so they know what to do and do it within the timeframe you expect.
Identity verification with BankID
Let the system check and verify the identity of everyone that are required to be background checked. This will make sure that the information on the criminal record certificate belongs to the correct and verified individual.
Make sure everyone is informed
Sometimes it's important that everyone are aware of certain guidelines and policies. If that's the case, then it's easy to upload these documents and make them a part of the checking process. You'll recieve a confirmation that every person has read the documents you uploaded.
Seamless consent and privacy handling
Every person that is required to hand in their criminal record certificate, consent to share the necessary personal information with the marching band. These consents are handled automatically by the platform and is required to be compliant according to GDRP.
Access control makes sure that only the people that should have access to personal data will be able to see it.

We offer 3 different package solutions. When you use the system, you can add as many additional candidates as you wish. In addition to what is included in the package, each additional pool of 10 candidates costs NOK 500 per year.

Some common questions
What is a candidate and a user?
A candidate is the term we use for those who must submit a police certificate in the corps. This is e.g. instructors or other volunteers who are required to deliver an approved and updated police certificate.
A user is a person who must administer the system on behalf of the corps and who can invite candidates.
How many candidates can we have in the system?
This is basically unlimited. A certain number is included in the package you order. If you want to add more, you can do so. A pool of 10 additional candidates costs NOK 500 per year and is automatically added to your package.
How does the subscription work?
This is an annual subscription and after you have registered, we will send the corps an invoice via e-mail as payment for the next 12 months. You can choose to cancel at any time, but remember that this must be done at least one month before the next billing period.
Do I get training and support?
Yes! The system is basically made so simple that it should be self-explanatory, but we have also made instructional videos and have a separate help center where you can access. We are also available on chat when you are logged in as a team user and e-mail.
